Triplicity Astrology 占星館 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

Data We Collect

When you generate a birth chart or place an order, we collect your name, email address, date, time and place of birth, and (for physical orders) your delivery address. This information is used solely to provide the service you have requested.

How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used to generate your birth chart, deliver your order, send your chart link or PDF, and (with your consent) send you updates about Triplicity Astrology courses and astrology content.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in encrypted cloud systems. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties, except where required by law.

Retention

We retain your personal data for up to 2 years from the date of collection, after which it is securely deleted.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Please contact [email protected].

3.1 Chart Readings ($38 / $68)

Chart interpretation reports are digital products delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the immediate and personalised nature of the content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a chart has been generated and the interpretation unlocked. In the event of a technical failure on our part preventing delivery, we will regenerate the chart or issue a full refund at our discretion.

3.2 Personal Natal Chart Book — Physical Edition

The Physical 星盤書 is a custom-made, personalised product produced specifically for each customer. Production begins upon receipt of your order and payment. No refunds will be issued once production has commenced. If your book arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. No cash refund will be provided for transit damage.

3.3 Personal Natal Chart Book — Digital Edition

The Digital 星盤書 is a personalised digital product. No refund will be issued once the digital file has been delivered to your email address.

3.4 Fortune Map — Digital

The Fortune Map is a personalised digital product. No refund will be issued once the digital file has been delivered to your email address.

3.5 Intellectual Property

All chart interpretations, written content, course materials, and reports produced by Triplicity Astrology 占星館 are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written permission.

3.6 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
